Returns:
You have 14 days from receiving your items to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items should be tried on only for fit and sizing and must be returned in a condition as received with minimal wear.
Items must be free of stains, odors, and damage and must include all original tags
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naribaby.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned items.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will refund your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference. If the item is faulty, we will provide a full refund.
Please provide an image of the fault with your return request to facilitate the refund process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless found to be faulty.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
