When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time will be provided when your order is placed. It will be stated on your order confirmation.

How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel for any reason, please contact our customer service team. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll help you cancel it and your refund will be processed within two working days.

Where can I retrieve my invoice?
To receive an invoice, you can download it through your account on our website or contact our customer service team and we can send it to you directly.

When do I receive my order?

Why do I now see a longer delivery time for my order?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you have previously seen, it could be due to a logistics or shipping issue. Our team will do our best to ensure you receive your order in a reasonable timeframe. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate and send us a message.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL. Some payment methods may be limited depending on your location.

04. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days in exchange for store credit. For faulty items, we offer a full refund provided you can show an image of the faulty item. Items should be free of stains, odors and damage, and must include all original tags.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, refunds for faulty items are processed within two working days.
